Full-Service Wedding Florals

Full-service floral design is for couples who want Bee Wild to take their wedding flowers from the first idea all the way through installation day.
You don’t need to know flower names or have every detail figured out before we start. Bring us your colors, inspiration, venue, favorite ideas, and the feeling you want your wedding to have. We’ll help you make sense of it all and design florals that feel cohesive, intentional, and completely personal to you.
Your floral design can include bouquets and personal flowers, ceremony arrangements, statement installations, aisle flowers, reception centerpieces, bar and welcome-area florals, cake flowers, and all of the little details that help the entire space feel connected.
We’ll guide you through what makes the most impact for your venue and priorities, source your flowers, create every piece, deliver everything, and handle setup so you can walk into your wedding and simply enjoy what we’ve created together.

DIY wedding flowers are for couples who want to be part of the creative process without feeling like they have to figure everything out on their own.
We’ll help you start with a thoughtfully planned floral recipe built around your colors, style, season, and the pieces you want to create. You’ll receive guidance on what flowers work well together, along with step-by-step instructions and a supply list so you know exactly what tools and materials you’ll need to order before you start designing.
Your flowers can be used for bouquets, boutonnieres, bud vases, centerpieces, ceremony pieces, and other floral details throughout the day. You get the fun of gathering your people, turning on a playlist, and creating something meaningful together — with Bee Wild helping you feel prepared before the first stem ever hits the table.
DIY is also a great option for couples who want more flexibility with their floral budget while still starting with a cohesive, professional design plan.

02 — We build the floral plan
We’ll turn those ideas into a cohesive direction that works for your style, space, and budget. Full-service couples receive a custom floral design plan, while DIY couples get floral guidance, instructions, and a supply list.
03 — Bring it to life
For full-service weddings, our team creates, delivers, and installs everything for you. DIY couples get the plan and tools they need to create their flowers with confidence.

We recommend reaching out 6–12 months before your wedding date, especially if you’re planning a larger wedding or getting married during a popular season. The earlier we connect, the more time we have to dream, plan, and make sure your floral vision comes together beautifully.

Our $2,500 minimum investment includes floral design, delivery, and setup. Your final investment will depend on the flowers, quantities, installations, and overall scope of your wedding, but our team handles the floral details from design through setup so you don’t have to.

Most DIY couples pick up their loose flowers and greenery from Bee Wild before the wedding. Delivery may also be available for an additional fee if you’d rather have everything brought to you.

We typically recommend receiving your flowers 2–3 days before your event. That gives you enough time to prep your stems and create your arrangements without trying to squeeze everything into the night before the wedding.

Yes — and we actually love this option. You can mix and match Bee Wild services based on your priorities and budget.
We generally recommend letting our team handle the pieces that will make the biggest visual impact or be photographed the most — like bouquets, ceremony flowers, or statement installations — while you DIY some of the smaller, more manageable details such as bud vases, boutonnieres, and simple arrangements.
It gives you the best of both worlds: professional floral design where it matters most, plus the fun of creating some of the flowers yourself.on
